The Canadian gov't wants to INSIST on vaccinating the  
indigenious populations in a priority event. Nevermind that  
their regions (northern Canada) did not experience any breakouts  
like those in the other provinces.  Seems like an opportunity to  
just use the indigineous as guinea pigs - and see what happens.

The "documenting" of the gene info may be patented for purposes  
of cloning things like skin cells or something.  But is it akin  
to what Monsanto is/was trying to do and patent all foods and  
therefore control the food industry or take away the privilege  
of growing your own food?
