It's not an either/or equation.  You need the vitamins to help, hopefully,
reduce the symptoms if you get infected.  Until then, and even after, you need
the vaccine to hopefully prevent infection.  Even with a vaccine, vitamins are a
good idea.

This is just one of the vaccines, there will be others.  They won't all require
deep freeze for transport.
