Magnesium is great. We have lots of patients on a mix of vit C + Magnesium + D
+ Hialuronic. But that mix is essentially for joint pains.

If you are taking vit D you may look into vit K. We have observed that people
taking a mix of D+K has a much better level of D than those who take only D.

So much for $me, the dumb sysadmin of the clinic :-)
