We will see.  They make more sense than what I have read before... which
worries me.    As yet, I have received no response from the last ECO file
I sent... I have not seen any traffic in ELIST for a couple of days.

I *think* he is in Ireland, so maybe it is Irish.  I am not sure how many
"not English as a first language" folks there are in Ireland these days. 

I feel like he was either bored, or thought he had to come up with
something really complicated when he figured out what needed to be done to
take echos over from dead people.  I am wondering if he discussed that with
others (to get some other, simpler ideas) or if he just didn't think it
through.  It is needlessly complicated.
