Its purley the speed at wich the disk spins, the laser can only read as fast
as the data thats going past it....remember laser light travels at 186,000
mlies per second....
The problem is mechanical, spinning a slightly unbalanced disk at high speeds
causes wobble, it the disk wobbles, then you get mistakes.....
