I know what you mean. I've just given up on the idea of political discussion in Fight-O-Net. I have asked several people to join Micronet but they won't because I run it. Of course, I find out years later that they're all libtards, lol. We -do- have a couple of liberals in here and one Communist in Micronet but I will let themselves be known through their own messages. As long as everyone gets along, The Iron Fist* will not come out. It's one of those things. Anyone who has left Micronet has done so on their own accord. There's two flaming examples that come to mind. Oh well, it's not worth it. Micronet is in its 20th year of existance as of September 1 this year. I've seen it all and I just don't give a rat's ass anymore. Later, Sean * = The Iron Fist came about because, several years ago, Shawn Highfield and I had a falling out. During one of our public arguments in MIN_ADMIN, Shawn accused me of running Micronet with "an iron fist". So the nickname stuck. If you ever see anyone talking about the Iron Fist, they're talking about me putting the hammer down. I used to have a very bad and very short temper and was infamous for it. I've calmed down quite a bit now and really try to let things roll off my back, but there's some things I will not stand for and I -will- put a stop to it. It is extremely rare for me to get that upset these days. I prefer to let the trash take itself out. <G> ...
