Well, so far, I cannot even get my own echo relisted so I am not real sure
how I will get yours relisted.  I think the Z2 flunkie who took over the
ELIST has it set up where the existing moderator has to be the one to
change it to someone else before they can take it over.  Problem is that
somehow his software also got Daryl's info listed as MOD and COMOD on our
echo so I cannot relist it, either.

He has not actually answered me yet to let me know why it is failing.
