I wondered that also.  It seems that they did determine that some of the
looters in one city were white supremacists, so then other areas have been
blaming all of the actions on white supremacists.  The folks I see in
footage from most affected cities look a little two diverse for white
supremacists, unless the skinheads, etc., are a lot more open minded than
they used to be.

Not yet but I am sure if it serves some purpose for the US mainstream
media, or the DNC, they will sure try to.
