I used to be active in the Spanish Usenet hierarchy. It blows Fido out of the
water. It was full of nazies and leftist extremists throwing insults to each
other. I only stood around because there were two or three other people worth
talking to. When they left, the place died.
 
Fido may not be the most interesting network out there and may have a high
percentage of disrespectful morons, but I still find it interesting enough for
lurking. Maybe I am a masochist.
