   As far as VUTIL is concerned all versions I downloaded kept statting
evaluation demo version expired. so gave up on it.  downloaded the updates
also, still same thing.  Supposedly the new VA 2.10 release is supposed to
automatically setip up in the DB.  Still waiting on that one also problay
another beta will come .  Running VA1.30 at this site.  may give your
HTTP site a Call.
