No, I honestly don't have any reason to think they are.  However, watching
what happens here -- where Biden has a bunch of people who "rephrase" for him,
and even edit official transcripts and video after the fact -- I would not
doubt that any translators on staff are leaving some of the boo-boos out for
foreign audiences.

So I think it is possible that other countries would do that also.
