In my city (entirely democrat) they have a program where they are supposed to
take property tax money and use it to fix up the poor black areas.  instead,
they are using that money to fix the rich white areas up even nicer.  this is a
fact, and it is illegal, and everyone knows about it.  They continue to do so.

It's not a conspiracy theory, it is all there in black and white on paper.
people bring it up, and it's ignored.  alderman have even been caught taking
bribes in the past.

I am also charged for snow removal in september.

oh but trump is so evil and that's why we all have to vote democrat!
