Almost all delivery drivers don't have the right insurance to be doing
deliveries if they aren't using a company car.  Nearly every state requires you
to have "livery insurance" which is something cab drivers and gig drivers (Uber,
Lyft) have to use.

Unfortunately, it's not cheap insurance.
