Running it from the hard driver would speed the game up more because the
motherboard can access data off the hard driver faster than it can off a CD.
How much more faster depends on how fast your CD-ROM is.  CD-ROMs are good
for games that would take up a huge amount of space on the hard driver.
Playing from the hard driver would allow smoother game play as well, also
because of the hard drivers rotation time and access speed.
