(1) I don't think he is smart enough to have a tactic.
(2) I really love it when you have to quote him *back to him* to prove he
said something, only to have him cut it out of his reply and still say "I
didn't say that."  Heavy sarcasm on the "really love it" bit.

Is the education system in BC that much worse than Ontario and other parts
of Canada?
