Oh absolutely... Dylan is probably beyond any professional help unless he has 
a moment of clarity that there is more to being a woman than just the sexual
attributes. When he cannot make any meaningful relationships beyond sex and 
boobs and tampons. I have a teenage daughter who thinks he's disgusting, an 
empty-headed moron who is really all about sex and wanting to get fucked.

Thats always been my problem with the LGBTQ+ movement - When the T and the
rest of the alphabet was added to LGB, thats when the "problems" started.
