so when did you help him with scinet?

i got the other msg networks working but scinet is still not working
and i think it has not got any msgs since even before the other issue.

can you remember what year? that would be helpful because i'm trying to
go through a process of elimination to eliminate the issues. i can pull
backups to when it WAS working and see what happened.
