If I do, they are the calls I don't recognize and don't answer, and they
don't leave messages.

While I agree with this in theory, some of those 80% will most likely let
their emotions take over and cancel out whatever common sense they have.
So, mean tweets suddenly become more important to them.  Those are the ones
I worry about.
