Interesting.  That sounds like what happens with big pharma around here.  Lots
of inner mingling between regulators in the government and big pharma.  The
easiest way to get something approved is to put some of your own in the position
of approvals.  It happens all the time and is completely legal. Unethical, but
legal.

I do both - dividends and growth.  Managing risk and keepings things in lots of
different buckets has been my strategy.
