Also, let's ignore the fact that there hasn't been a nuclear accident caused by
a power plant breach.  All of the nuclear accidents have been from poor design
and human error.

Years ago, I lived very close to a nuclear power plant that was on the Columbia
River in Oregon (it's since been decomissioned).  Never had any issues with it.
