Jeanne Kleypas | All | cd-Rom not being recognized |

Out of blue, the audio was not complete on the games I have on my cd's. My 'friend' decided to take a look at it. First it didn't make a change, but over the last two days for whatever command he gave the computer, it does not even recognize that there is a cd player. I still can get windows, but if I put in a cd, it says to put one in, then an error comes up saying MSCDX-2.10 and then the exact same thing again underneath that. The computer is not even a year old yet. I don't think it is something actually wrong with the cd dept., just need a brain to tell me something to try. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you SO much for any help. Jeannie South Texas Software VirtualNET 1512300 [VSB] [MUDS] V1b1 [DM/F!] [GUEST] FidoNet 1:160/505 |
