There are some individuals who have difficultly working in an unsupervised or unstructured environment, but at least our office claims that having some of us on WFH most of the week has boosted productivity. There are a few dinosaurs that don't like not being able to go to somene's desk, find them there, and demand something anytime they want, but there are not too many of those left.
