If a self-declared communist was purchasing Twitter instead, left-wingers would endorse the operation but the rest of the people would remain in the platform and bit the bullet, therefore aiding the newcomer communist to make more money. Money that would eventually be used in the fight againts freedom. Meanwhile, when the left has the slightest of suspicions that somebody may not be one of them they make sure that person does not get a dime of their money. If rational freedom loving people had what it takes they would leave the facebooks and amazons of this world to rot. We don't.
