I don't think there will be big changes to the way Twitter works torwards the
end user, but when ownership changes, the first thing they do is to behead all
the middle-rank supervisors and replace them with ones chosen by the new owner.

It is going to be so fun to watch all the Twitter censors be put to the sword.
