The best way to vote is with federally recognized ID.  Anything short of that is
open season for fraud.  There are loads of cases of it - mainly in the liberal
cities.  No one is these same cities will be investigating anything, because
they live and support corruption.  

How many Baltimore City mayors have gone to jail now?  How about the States
Attorney for Baltimore City?  The corruption is massive in the big cities and
only the really stupid are getting caught.
