I think Biden was injected with a fast-acting monoamine oxidase inhibitor
(MAOI).  They were first used to treat depression but MAOIs are also give to
people who have severe stage fright.  The lower level of MAOs in your blood,
the more "brave" you become.

When the "drug" wore off, Creepy Joe was acting like a MAOI had just worn
off and that is why I have that opinion.
