Horses don't always need grain but they do on occasion, especially if they
are working horses.

Chocolate is poisonous to dogs.  Grain is not poisonous to horses.  That's
an unfair comparison.

You should eat more meat and veggies and forgo the processed stuff and
grains.  It's worked for me and my mom.  By just doing that, my mom lost
over 30 pounds in three months...and she's 71.

Once I can actually chew my food properly, I'll be going that route also.
