     It is too bad that we have the mess that the legal system has put us in.
 If the city were to build a park for skating and someone gets hurt ... just
guess who gets sued?  Even though everyone signs a waiver.  There should be
someway to build a skating park and noone be held responsible for any
accidents except the ones causing the accidents ... and not the "deep
pockets".  Maybe someone could incorporate, build the park and then if
someone gets hurt and sues the owner, he could just go "belly up".  That is
similiar to what Blue Coal company did with that burning pile of culm lin
Sugar Notch.  What the skaters need is a "good
" shifty lawyer.
