Dominique, Ralph Vazquez told me the same thing and on some of them I have reduced the postage. Just haven't gotten ahead far enough to buy two kinds of stamps yet. I will get to it though. I plan to go to the PO and ask some other questions anyway. Thanks for the tip about having them delivered though. I'll see if they will do that here.
