Where?  I've been to the Netherlands.  I took my children hosteling across
Europe for 2 1/2 weeks.  We had fun and it was very interesting.  I've been
to Rotterdam and Amsterdam.  I'd like to have seen much more of the country.
That was in 1971.  It's been some time, so I'm sure things have changed
across Europe with the fall of the Berlin wall and Russia splitting.  Nothing
stays the same anywhere.

Anyway, you didn't answer my question about pool (billiards)  Do you know if
they play pool (with pockets) in the Netherlands?  Some places just play
billiards (no pockets).  I'd appreciate it if you could let me know because
of a story I'm writing.

I didn't finish Lord of the Rings, but it is a fun book.

About libraries....  They are the first place my mom took me to when I was in
first grade.  We checked out many books.  My favorites were Snip, Snap,
Snurr, three Swedish triplet boys who did good things and worked for what
they wanted.  I had my mother read me Black Beauty and Heidi over and over
again.  I get lost in libraries and book stores.  There is so much to read!
And only one life to read it in!!!  ;-)
