     A credit it Playboy would certainly show that you can successfully write
different types of material.

     I have a query letter that can be used over and over again by just
changing the facts to math the piece and your changing credits.  I tried to
upload it into this message and got booted off the board because my floppy
drive isn't working again.  I'll send it when I have a little more time.
I used it to query agents for my novel and had some success with it.  I rarely
query for articles but the letter could be adapted for those too.
