Lessee...I *did* relax and have a wonderful time during my two weeks
traveling through Maine and Canada (we ended up returning through
Quebec City--where I had the opportunity to exercise my meager knowledge
of French to good result--go ahead, ask me about the self-serve gas
pump! <chuckle>.  We also spent a weekend in Ottawa...shopping for CDs
and seeing a 'net friend from one of Fido's Music subs)

I actually *read* a complete book!  "Paddy Clarke, Ha Ha Ha" by Roddy
Doyle (same guy who wrote "The Committments".

OK...so I met my last set of goals <g>

For the next week?

1)  Write one article for the newspaper--due this week.  I've got an
interview set up for tomorrow (Wednesday morning)...so I'm on my way
with this one--an article about a smokers' store.

2)  Do interviews for my next two newspaper articles (I've got two due
the *next* week...but it'll be a short week 'coz I'll miss a day taking
a friend to the hospital...so I need to get a jump on that week *this*
week). These two assignments? A wedding consultant...and a new pizza
place (as always, I get plenty of variety in my assignments <g>.

3)  Sort through my snail mail.  I've already started on this one...but
the pile of *junk* that accumulated over two weeks' time is
*unreal*...sorting to find the bills and the "good stuff" (personal
letters and my latest WWR <g> took eons...

4)  Unpack...
