There are lots of legitimate callers out there. Some don't leave a message
because of
policy. Sometimes, the fact you called somebody is sensitive information in
itself so
you don't leave message trails.

This is troublesome because messages are not as resolutive as they are cracked
up to
be. IN order to get unpleasant shit done, you have to talk to people more often
than
not.
