exact same ups i have.. and very similar setup except i have 4 servers all on
the same ups

run the UPS usb port into the proxmox host and run N.U.T (networked ups thing).
then run a nut client on the other machines.

when the thing goes into battery it signals the proxmox machine to shutdown and
because the other machines are connected to the nut server on the proxmox
machine they shut down too.
