I'm a violent sleeper as well!  At home on my gigantic bed I don't usually
destroy it, because I have a lot of room to more around, but during the week
I always wake up with the sheets uprooted and sometimes rolled up into a ball
or on top of the bedspread or comfortor or whatever that thick thing is
called.
     And if I do go to sleep wearing long-pantleg pajamas, I wake up with
them off, I don't even remember taking them off.  I don't think I really
sleepwalk that much now, though I guess I wouldn't know.
     Sometimes it seems like my mind is more active at night!
