Me too. The guy seemed to just voice an "idea" but didn't offer  
any practical way to implement it.  It was more like he just  
wanted to be known to have a concern that cryptocurrencies are  
used in the darkweb and by criminals.  But then, kitchen  
knives, forks and spoons can be used for nefarious purposes too  
yet no one is banning those.
