It works fine, you can use bootcamp to install & run windows natively.  She uses
a windows logitech mouse & keyboard combo so the ones it came with are just
sitting in the box.

This thing cost at least C$2500, would have been a hell of a lot cheaper to buy
a 27" monitor and a Windows desktop (or better yet, use her existing MacBook).

It sat in a box for about a year and then I convinced her to sell it on Kijiji.

I've been meaning to download the release preview and play around with it on
VirtualBox.  As long as I can load classic shell on it everything should be ok.
