It was a time bank script I wrote.. oh, I guess about '98 or so. I got two
classes of complaints from folks; one that it was reporting incorrect times
in the storage sometimes when they saved it and the other was if they
withdrew time and then got disconnected they lost the time they had withdrawn
(I was using one of the user extra slots for storing the values since you
can't access the time bank directly with vscript). The latter reason is what
convinced me to take it offline after only a few months. The former reason I
was able to track down to the situation where two users were accessing the
time bank script at the same time; specifically when user A saved x number of
minutes it would save the same number of minutes to both user A's and user
B's time bank area.

Thanks for the suggestions. This is for my startup script so I'm going to
just write the modifications and take care of any problems on the rare
instance that two folks login at the same moment on a per incident basis if
anything goes squirrely.
