Big difference: OS/2 is very picky about drivers.  Windows is just a
poorly implemented OS.  I've been using both since 1995 and I can
honestly say that ArcaOS is much better behaved than Windows though I
prefer Linux for smooth operation.

Microsoft has just grown lazy and complacent thinking they have no
