iLo is great except for the fact that HP wants a license fee to enable it.  I
don't remember that being the case iLo was in the Compaq servers.  

IPMI is basically the same thing but a different name that is in Supermicro
servers.  I even have an app on my phone that shows me how my power realtime my
servers are using and can monitor the sensors on it.  You can remotely power it
on/off, etc, too of course.
