Nominally, I see a mix of job offers that belongs to one of two categories: either they demand impossible qualitications (3 years of experience with tech that has been aroudn for 1), or they get people with zero training and promise to train you on the go, for close to no pay. HP Printing is doing a lot of the later. The issue with that is that once you train people, they leave your shitty firm :-) IN the case of HP Printing, there are deeper issues involved.
