I hate phoning people because I hate most people. Customers get a pass because I
am getting their
money :-)

I don't have much trouble with dishonorable customers, but sometimes the
customer makes the order
and then gets run over by a car... that means they don't pick the order until
they leave the
hospital (for example). With the COVID thing going on, I have had a bunch of
customers place an
order and then being thrown into lockdown because they got the virus. I can't
really afford to have
unpaid wares gathering dust in the delivery cabinet for a month :-)
