Ahhh the old body twitch...Yup done that, been there.

Depending on how I wake up...kinda hard to keep the feeling going when
your waking up to kids yelling at each other.

Y#@>  rooms in my house was too huge to be in. Or even i knew I was sick, but i
Y#@>  I threw up on my blanket it was too big to fit in the washer and too big
Y#@>  wash by hand.

When I was a kid I kept on having this dream where my thumb just got
bigger and bigger until it was so big it crushed me...but I don't think
I had a fever when I dreamt that.  Maybe the medication you took helped
in the hallucinations and weird feelings...the grogginess was probably
the reason behind your feeling of lightheadedness (or the person you
just made love to  )
