Sorry to hear he's gone.  I would've liked to have met him.

If I had set up the BBS again several years ago, like I wanted to, I probably
would have.  I regret not doing it back then.  I can't remember what year it
was that I chatted with Steve Winn about the state of the software and the
scene.

I wish there was a resurgence in BBS interest by former SysOps.  I know I
missed it, both as a creative outlet and a means to connect with other
like-minded individuals.

It is my hope that this form of communication and entertainment never dies.
