I'm sure some people here are tasked with supporting others in their jobs 
(or support their families working from home)

What tools are you using?

My company uses Slack and Teams for collaboration. I've started using video 
calls instead of cell phone calls - partly due to convenience, as I have 
horrible cell phone coverage, and also because it's nice to make a face-to- 
face connection with people who're isolated after being accustomed to coming 
into an office.

For remote support, we're using a tool called Bomgar, which is a nice remote 
support app with file transfer and chat. We've pushed it to all of the 
company laptops, so I can make a connection from home without the user 
needing jump through hoops.
