My guess is that they dream about walking around and bumping into things and maybe they hear things going on. But I could be way off. I don't know any blind people, maybe if someone who reads this knows any, they could ask them if they're open about their condition. I wonder if a blind person has problems distinguishing dreams with real life because when they wake up they don't SEE the bed or the ceiling of their bedroom. But they can feel it, I guess.
