I really liked the sound of a concurrent OS such as what a VB
install would provide. I think dual boot is overkill for my
occassional linux use right now - I may as well just LIVE-CD
boot to linux, and install yt-dlp, after tagging a pile of vids
to download and get them all done during one session.

Or.. I am now considering a separate refurbished W10 laptop
that I might like to try WSL with.

But before I go that route, the andlinux and colinux route
looks appealing, especially for my XP machine.

I have use 4k VD in the past. For some reason I stopped using
it - when the ads on the pages seemed to be more aggressive
before allowing the actual download. I was/am not interested
it paying for it.

Yep.. that's the idea. But generally I avoid "crap" and prefer
quality stuff. ;)
