Most of the unknown/non-contact numbers never leave one.

The ones that do, its either some weird UPS delivery nonsense message meant
for someone else or "This message is to inform you that your social security
number is suspended. To avoid police action, call xxxxxxx"

Should have mentioned that if I order crap delivered or anything involving
a possibility of inbound calls with strangers, thats the only time I'll allow
unknown callers. But as soon as I'm done the setting goes back again.
