it's really hard to afford housing in some areas, probably due to companies
buying properties and the chinese doing so.  I'm lucky that my rent isnt that
high and my landlord is so busy he hasn't raised it in 3 years.  that's super
rare.  i'm sure now that i mentioned it, my rent will go up.
