i have some device i'm trying to hunt down that can be controlled by
the switch app on my phone. it's some led light.  maybe it's at the neighbor's
but i think the first way it calls out is bluetooth and then i connect and pair
it with my wifi to control it.

anyways, weird shit.

and why do you have wifi access with no internet access? whats the point.
